TERMS &CONDITIONS.
a) Please circle the arrangement that suits you best of those listed below, above or overleaf. b) Payments once made will generally speaking be
non refundable unless the stall is booked by another stallholder. A refund will then be made (at the promoters’ discretion) less £10 deduction to cover administration expenses. c) Cancellation of stalls within 3 daysof the fair taking place may be liable for the full cost of the stall (at the promoters discretion). d) Though the Village hall provides cover for Public Liability this is limited to any injury occurring as a result of any member of the public for example tripping over a loose floor tile and hurting themselves not against them injuring themselves on the goods you are offering for sale. The promoter does not cover you for such eventualities and will not be held liable in such an event. He therefore strongly advises you to carry your own Public Liability cover. e) Stallholders are requested not to pack up before 3.30 pm as this gives a poor impression to the public and you never know you could lose a sale. f) All booking forms must be signed accepting the conditions as stated above and if not signed will be deemed/considered as signed and the above conditions as accepted once payment has been made and the stall is occupied by the stallholder.
